Photography
Photography has always been a hobby I enjoyed doing from time to time. My parents enjoyed this hobby as well and captured my childhood years using an analogue Praktica Super TL 2 and a Praktica nova 1. My father even developed their photos himself in his darkroom. I started shooting photos of animals and nature for a while using their cameras when I was a teenager. I continued shooting photos one and of in the years after, using a simple Canon digital pocket camera and my mobile phones, with the wish to one day purchase a DSLR (digital single-lens reflex) camera.
Recently I bought a Nikon D3500 with Nikkor AF-P DX 18-55mm and Nikkor AF-S DX 55-200mm objectives, a nice basic “all round” set. I will explore if photography could be something more then a hobby for my in the near future. I will also start writing some blog articles here on Roel’s World as well, about photography related topics that inspire me.
